By accessing the Sichrad website and utilizing our premium services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions outlined in this agreement. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Sichrad.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from accessing our digital infrastructure. Continued usage constitutes explicit acceptance of all current and future modifications to these terms.
Important Notice: This document governs your use of all Sichrad services, including the premium version currently offered at the promotional rate of $2399 (100% discount applied).
2. User Obligations and Conduct
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sichrad employs advanced encryption standards to protect your data, but security begins with user diligence.
- Use strong, unique passwords (minimum 12 characters)
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Do not share account credentials with third parties
Acceptable Use
While we celebrate our 15th year of operation this year, our platform maintains strict standards for usage to ensure service quality for all users.
- No reverse engineering of Sichrad software
- No automated data scraping without permission
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable local and international laws
4. Limitation of Liability
Sichrad provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain 99.9% uptime and rigorous quality control, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Service Availability
We strive for continuous operation but are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.
Data Integrity
Regular backups are performed. Users are encouraged to maintain local copies of critical data.
Financial Limits
Liability is capped at the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms of service
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Prolonged account inactivity (12+ months)
- Non-payment of applicable fees

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of Sichrad services shall be resolved in the courts of Waterford, Ireland.
